Town displays its Welsh pride

Wrecsam showed its Welsh pride on St David's Day with a huge march through the town that saw schoolchildren join rugby and football stars.
The march was organised by the Cambria Band, who initiated this "tradition" last year, and supported by the economic development department of the council. It was great to see so many young faces as well as one or two old friends.
It's now become an established part of the Wrecsam calendar and long may it continue to flourish... how about making it an all-day Welsh food and drink festival too?

UPDATE: More pics from the march on Facebook

Wrexham leads the way for other Welsh towns. How about it Swansea, Newport, Aberystwyth, Bangor etc.?

Well done Wrexham - done us proud.
