It was Labour who passed the Terrorism Act 2000 which contains Section 44, the most draconian piece of legislation to restrict our civil liberties and is an abuse of power. It's the second time that Grant Smith an architectural photographer has been apprehended by the City of London Police for taking photographs of buildings and London's skyline. The European Court of Human Rights have found that Section 44 powers are illegal and breach our human rights but the Police still use them.
